I read about Awareness and Consciousness explained by Sadguru yesterday. For one day I could not stay focused doing absolutely nothing which Actually shown me where I stand in terms of stability and Conscious in my life. I observed that I have been enslaved by my thoughts habits etc. more that all my decisions are mostly made out of emotion but not wise analysis of the problem.
All assumptions I made are based on how I identified my self. I was constantly unaware of things around me so I could not understand whether am I going in right direction or not. I understand that I’ve been following my mind blindly which actually made me think that I am doing the right thing. But despite of following what my mind brought to me I could not have blissful ness and there’s a constant dark space in my life which I cannot put light on.
This is due to lack of awareness and consciousness. These two qualities are must for a human being to progress in spiritually and physically. I have started living a spiritual life as much as possible and keep my unconsciousness and unawareness away from me so that I can live restful & blissful all the time.
Hatha yoga & meditation is something helping me keep my self aware and conscious about what’s happening around me.
